Single room with double bed, next to bathroom [share with landlady only] Weekly cleaning, Bed linen/towels supplied and changed regularly. BROADBAND. Non permit/free street parking in quiet conservation area between Colindale & Kingsbury tube stations - Northern & Jubilee lines.
Near parks, supermarkets, gyms and easy access to motorways.
Fridge, microwave, kettle etc. in room. Use of kitchen limited so not suit a real foodie. Lodgers usually keep self contained but I'm happy to chat over a glass of wine.
I have another mon-fri person here who has been with me for years.
I work from home but prefer my lodgers to have non home working at least in first instance. Female preferred.
