Hello! I want to find a person to take over my contract with Urbanest Westminster Bridge (a student accommodation) during this summer.

- The postcode is SE1 7FR, the heart of London. 10 mins walk to Waterloo and Westminster tube station. 30 mins walk to KCL and LSE.
- It's a single room in a shared flat. 3 persons share 1 kitchen and 2 bathrooms (toilets & showers).
- Currently I'm sharing with 2 boys, but 1 is also about to move out and the other will go back home for summer holiday.
- Fully furnished.
- There is a gym and a swimming pool on the lower ground floor.
- Available from 01/06/2018 to 01/09/2018.
- £220 per week including everything.
