HOME
Everything is designed for maximum comfort and well organised, ideal for someone who takes pride in a clean, tidy space. The neighbours are kind and I have a great relationship with them. I'm carefully vetting applicants to find the right fit for both of us, ideally a reliable long-term lodger.

BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1 - My personal room, available intermittently while I travel. Super-king bed with premium mattress, blackout blinds, linen curtains, and mood lighting. Women only. No couples.

Bedroom 2 - Double bed with orthopaedic mattress and under-bed storage, desk, deep wardrobe, blackout blinds. Enormous balcony overlooking the garden with sunrise views of Canary Wharf. This is available to rent privately, giving you a whole wing of the flat to yourself (price on request).

Bedroom 3 - Double bed with the same quality mattress and blackout blinds, smaller wardrobe. Not suitable for WFH or those with a lot of belongings.

LOCATION
We're in Zone 1 and it's very accessible to the city.
- 1 minute walk from bus links into Central London
- 10min cycle or 14min bus to Elephant and Castle Station
- 7min cycle or 22min walk to Bermondsey Station
- 14min cycle or 15min bus to London Bridge station
- 2min cycle from Quietway 1

Southwark's largest park, Burgess Park, is a 5min walk away, and Southwark Park itself is an 18min walk. There are also a number of smaller green spaces nearby.

PEOPLE
Wellbeing is the cornerstone of my lifestyle and it shows in the flat. I'm an entrepreneur of 15 years with a coaching business, and I also work with a startup, which means a varied schedule, usually 8.30am–midnight.

Our flatmate in bedroom 3 is a busy professional: up and out early, back between 6pm and midnight, and spends most of her time out working, socialising, or at her partner's.

When we're all around we love a laugh and chat, and are equally happy to give each other space. Very calm, low-friction, easy communication.

Ideally you're a professional aged 25–45 who values a clean, organised home and wants to genuinely settle somewhere. Self-sufficient, respectful of shared space. References required.

LIFESTYLE
Peaceful 80% of the time, the other 20% involves dogs, dinner parties, and laughs. The expectation is simply that you leave the space as you found it or better; nothing unrealistic. From time to time I may need a small favour when I'm travelling and my housekeeper isn't available. If that sounds fine, drop us a line... can't wait to hear from you! =)
