The rent is 1100pm and includes all bills water, council tax, broadband, gas & electric. Please note that gas and electricity are based on considerate consumption. The deposit is one month's rent, £1100. The room comes with a built-in wardrobe, a writing desk, and a double-size bed. Please note there is no shared living room.

The flat is a split-level maisonette apartment and is currently shared with three other flatmates, all in their mid-twenties.

Ideally, I am looking for a young professional or mature student who enjoys socializing over a glass of wine but also respects privacy. The current housemates are laid back, relaxed and very down to earth and it's important for them to find a fellow sharer who shares the same values as they do. The apartment is just off trendy Bermondsey Street (behind the Textile and Fashion Museum) and is ideally connected within Zone 1 offering numerous transport options.

Within walking distance (5 minutes) you are at

- London Bridge station, which offers fast connections to Charing Cross (5 minutes) and underground connections (Jubilee and Northern Line)
- Bus stations servicing a number of fast connections to Waterloo, Kings Cross and the City
- Or walk to the City, Bank station within 20minutes walk, Moorgate, 25minutes etc

The apartment comes with a modern shared bathroom (including toilet) on the upper floor and a shared kitchen and a separate toilet on the lower floor level. The washing machine comes with a dryer.
