The Area:
Flat is quiet despite the location as it faces away from the road. Lots of bus routes right outside and a Lidl 2 mins away, great restaurants 10 mins walk on Bermondsey street & in Elephant Park. 10-15 mins walk to E&C and Borough stations and other supermarkets, 15-20 mins to London Bridge. It takes me 30 mins to walk to my office in Bank.

Easy going, enjoy a chat and a tea/beer/glass of wine but happy with your own company as I often get in late and I'm not normally here at the weekends.
Clean up after yourself and generally tidy.
Happy for an individual, or a couple £400pcm extra.

About me: I work in London but I’m in Belfast on the weekends - I used to be here 5 days a week but have just had a baby so will be less frequent going forwards. I like running, travel & the pub.
