Hi! I am relocating abroad for around 6 months departing 31st October and returning in April (date TBC). Looking for a person in need of a room with double bed in an amazingly decorated apartment on Union Street, in the epicenter of Southbank's food & cultural district.

KEY INFO - please read these points before booking a viewing:

- Video in advert shows property & bedroom
- Room is available from morning of Sat 31st Oct onwards, and we would ideally like somebody who wishes to stay throughout the period (until a date in April for us to decide with you).
- Price is £275/week INCLUDING council tax, but excluding bills. Bills are typically £90/month for water, electricity, wifi etc., plus an optional fortnightly cleaner.
- The property is already fully equipped and well-lived in, and already stocked with basics such as toilet roll, cooking basics, cleaning products etc. You are welcome to use our guest linen and towels if needed for your stay.
- Apartment has one other housemate (more info on her below). The bathroom is shared. Your bedroom can be locked individually in case you prefer to do so.
- Virtual or in-person viewings can be arranged any time after 6.00pm UK time on Tuesday 13th October, or any time throughout the day on Monday 19th October.

- Respectful of one another's space while also enjoying a chat or occasional wine

About you:
- We are looking for an individual to fill the room - no couples unfortunately
- Clean, tidy, and experienced with living in a shared property!

Other details:
- The move-in date cannot be earlier than 31st October, but can be a little later by negotiation. The move-out date is for us to discuss/negotiate, likely towards the end of April.
