Short-term Double En-suite near KCL

I am looking for someone to take over my room at Manna Ash House from April until 6 July 2026.

The room is a furnished double en-suite in student accommodation, with a private bathroom and a comfortable study/living space. The rent is £350 per week, and bills and broadband are included.

The location is very convenient, especially for students. It is close to King’s College London and well connected by transport. There are also plenty of useful amenities nearby, including supermarkets, cafés, a gym, and other everyday essentials.

I am ideally looking for a clean, respectful and easy-going student to take over the tenancy. Short-term let is considered. Please note that the room is available for single occupancy only and is not suitable for couples or pets.

Council tax: full-time students are usually exempt, but any liability should be checked by the tenant depending on status.
