2 rooms in large 4 bed flat near Southwark station

We have 2 rooms available in our lovely 4 bed flat in Southwark/Waterloo from 4th October.

Our 2 friends are moving out with their partners, so we are looking for 2 new housemates, between 25-30 years old. Sorry no students or couples!

Both rooms are large with a built in wardrobe. There will be a bed but all other furniture will be being taken by our housemates when they leave.
The rent is £1075 per month, and bills are approximately £150 per month. We are also thinking of arranging to have a cleaner to clean the communal areas of the flat every 2 weeks and this will be approximately £20-30 per month.

You'd be sharing with Ryan, who is a consultant, and myself, a trainee clinical psychologist. We’re both 27 (though Ryan will turn 28 before the move-in date), and have known each other for years, having met through a friend. We are quite a social flat, and often watch tv together (we’ve got most of the streaming sites between us!), and like to have friends round occasionally for a games night or some cocktails (Ryan loves making cocktails, and he’s good at it too!). But we also appreciate our own time too!

The flat is a 5 minute walk to Southwark station, and you can also get to Borough, Waterloo, Elephant & Castle and Blackfriars stations in 10-15 mins. We’re just a short walk from the south bank too, which is lovely for a local walk!
