Ideal for KCL/UCL/LSE/Imperial etc. Perfect for next academic year. Also suitable for young professionals/maters/just left uni.

We have a large ground floor and large second floor room to rent.

This includes the following:

-Double Bed
-Wardrobe
-Chest of Drawers

There are 2 bathrooms, one located on the middle floor and one on the top floor. There is also another toilet on the ground floor.

The communal lounge has two large couches and a large TV. Connecting to this is the kitchen which includes:

-2 large fridge/freezers
-Oven
-Microwave
-4 Ring Hob
-Washing Machine
-Dish Washer

All cutlery, utensils, pans are included.

There is a small garden at the rear of the house which is great in summer.

All bills are included in this which includes internet.

There is car parking space on the street (permit).

Travel
Our house is well connected to all of London. There are 3 tubes within 20 minutes walk. These are Elephant and Castle, Borough and Bermondsey.

Lonon Bridge, Tower Bridge, Southwark and Waterloo are all a 25 minute walk away.

On top of the this, the buses are brilliant from just outside our house. These can get you to central london in 15 minutes.
