Double Room Available in House in Gated Mews SE1

Hey there!

We are looking for a friendly tidy female housemate to move into the first floor room in our house. The first floor and the bathroom is shared with just one other person, with a third ensuite room being on the top floor. There is a large shared living area, separate kitchen, and a south facing, large garden, which is unusual for the area and great for having people over!

Kitchen is well equipped with a nearly new oven, dishwasher (godsend!), as well as, a fridge, freezer and washing machine. We also have a waffle maker which really is as great as it sounds!

The room itself is a good size double, with windows over the back of the property/yard - this and the double glazing mean it is quiet despite being so central. The mews is gated and we have an intercom for buzzing people in. There is secure parking available (for a small monthly fee) if you have a car too.

The house is very conveniently located about 12 mins walk from both Borough and Elephant tubes and about 16 mins from London Bridge station. There are a load of bus stops nearby with direct buses to Shoreditch, Brixton, Clapham, the City and Oxford Street too. We're 5 mins walk from Bermondsey Street, 5 mins from Maltby Street market and about 25 mins walk to Waterloo station.
