Looking for a flatmate

Hey!
We’re looking for a new flatmate to join us! My partner and I share one room, and our friend lives in the other. The room we’re renting out is £550 per month excluding bills.

We’re hoping to find a fun, friendly, and easygoing flatmate who enjoys living in a relaxed, social environment. We’ve all become good friends through this flat and would love to welcome someone who’s open to becoming part of our little community.

The flat is in an amazing location:
• Transport: It’s very close to North Greenwich station and Westcombe Park station, with a bus stop right outside the building.
• Shopping: Charlton House Shopping Centre is nearby with stores like Asda, Primark, Boots, Superdrug, Lidl, and Aldi. Heading towards Greenwich, we’ve got Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and Co-op, all within a five-minute walk.
