Room for rent in North Greenwich flat

Hi, I’m looking for another POC girlie to take over my room in this 3 bed flat in North Greenwich as I’ll be moving out of London soon!

***unfortunately we can’t have someone who has a car***

Some info:

Council tax band D
**we are looking for people in full time employment earning above £30,000**

The room will be available to move in from the 28th of August - not earlier.

Rent is £875 + bills of approx 150 (council tax, water, electricity + heat, broadband)

Deposit is £857.46 (inclusive of admin fee)

You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

Rent is paid altogether and sent by one person to the agent (Savills). Also a very responsive agency!

Location is great with a lovely view of the river and Canary Wharf.

- Underfloor heating independently controlled for each room

There is good storage space outside of the room too for your extra bits. We all share this and use it for coats, suitcases and shoes.

It’s a 15 min walk to Maze Hill station and 25 min walk/ 10 min bus journey to North Greenwich station

Also a 20 min walk to Greenwich Park which is great for summer ☀️

You’ll be living with two other girlies (25+27). Would love someone who enjoys their own space and is clean and tidy. We enjoy an occasional series watch together.
