Hi! I’m looking for a flatmate for a lovely 2-bed, 2-bath flat in Beacon Point, near Canary Wharf. It’s a fully furnished new-build, around 90 m², very quiet, with views of the Thames and just a short walk from Greenwich Park.

The room is available from 10 August on a standard assured periodic tenancy, and we already have the tenancy agreement ready. Unfortunately, my friend can no longer move in because she’s been unable to find someone to take over her room in her current flat, so she’s unable to leave her existing tenancy. I’m therefore looking for someone to take the second room instead.

Rent is £1,350 + bills.
