The flat has 2 toilets, two showers, a large separate kitchen and a large living room.

The room is Bedroom 2 on the floor plan and the storage room next to the bathroom is the separate standalone shower.

Located in Blackheath opposite the Heath, it’s a great location for anyone who enjoys a quiet spot whilst being close enough to easily travel into central London.

It’s roughly a 6 minute walk from Lewisham station and 5 minutes from Greenwich park. Ideal for travel into Canary Wharf, London Bridge, London Charing Cross, London Victoria & London Cannon Street.

Bills range from approximately £100pm pp in the warmer parts of the year to £160pm pp as it gets colder.
