Harry and I are looking for 3 new people to be our housemates!
We are looking for a tidy and relaxed young professional to fit our friendly vibe.

ABOUT THE PLACE
It’s a 3 story, 5 bedroom house in Maze Hill.
5mins from Maze Hill station (South Eastern Rail) and local shops, 10min walk to Greenwich Park and 15min to Greenwich town centre.
It has a reasonable sized kitchen and a nice open living area with dining table and couch. We also have a small courtyard out the back.

PRICE
We have 3 rooms available at different prices:

£690 - 1st floor
£670 - 2nd floor
£510 - 2nd floor

Plus utility bills approx. £50 per month; and a council tax of £211 every 5 months as we take turns each to pay it.

The lease is up for renewal in December, but let us know when you would ideally look at moving in.

ABOUT US
We are 2 busy young professionals who love to share a meal and laughter in our days off, but that for most of the week need to concentrate and rest to prepare for work.
Easy-going but boundaried, bubbly yet serious about practical matters, we enjoy building a sense of community where we live.

Chiara (she/they): 27 yrs old Italian. Working in a climbing gym, interested in the arts, reading when they can, and stereotypically food obsessed.

Harry: Harry (he/him): 29 from the midlands, working full time for an events company. Loves traveling, theatre, socialising and a trip to the pub.

ABOUT THE ROOMS
The first room is a north facing room on the 1st floor. It has a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The rent is £690 per month as it's one of the biggest rooms in the house.
You’ll be sharing the bathroom on the middle floor with one other person.

The second room is also a north facing room, but on the 2nd floor. It has a double bed, and a wardrobe. The rent is £670 per month as it's the middle sized room in the house.
You’ll be sharing the bathroom on the 2nd floor with two other people.

The third room is a south facing room on the 3rd floor. It has a double bed and a wardrobe. The rent is £510 per month as this is the smallest room in the house. You’ll be sharing the bathroom on the top floor with two other people.
