Very chilled out and quiet house, not a party house, probably to quiet for lively young students. Suitable for someone clean and very independent as we all enjoy our own privacy. I wfh everyday and the other housemates are 50/50. Sorry no couples. Mature students are welcome :).
The living room is permanent, absolutely no chance of it becoming a fifth bedroom.
