2 single rooms - small double beds in SE11

***** Hiya, I am away for a holiday viewing can commence from 20th October, I will be answering messages to arrange viewings for when I return ******

Viewings are available any day except Wednesday daytime, I can do evenings though.

It’s a 4 Bedroom house, back garden, 1 shared full bathroom with shower/bath and a Single toilet on ground floor. Good sized kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer, all the standard kitchen fully equipped kitchen and 2x fridge freezers. The living room will never be turned into a bedroom at any point!

All the bills are included, gas, electric, water, cleaning supplies and broadband. The council tax is band F. There are no extra costs or bills.

About You
The usual – Clean, tidy and friendly, does dishes the same night! Another quiet and independent person would suit the house, the two of us are very chilled out, this is in no way a party house. We are happy to have a chat with each other but all appreciate our own space. Me and Juliet work full time from home.

We are located between elephant & castle and Lambeth North on a quiet street. Bakerloo and northern line are 5 minutes away. London Bridge, Waterloo and Borough station are all 20 minutes away.

The single rooms are both available and come fully furnished with a Small Double bed, mattress, wardrobe or rail, curtains, rug, bin, desk & chair. There is plenty of storage and or shelf space.
