I am considering to move into a 2 bed flat in the Uncle Elephant & Castle or Momento Elephant & Castle (4 buildings) - all within 6 minute walk to the tube station.

I AM ALSO OPEN TO OTHER NEW BUILD IN ZONE 1!

All amenities included in both (24/7 concierge, gym, co-working spaces, cinema room, private dining room). Fully furnished flat.

The flat would have 2 bathrooms/ 1 with an en-suite and a balcony/winter garden for the flat.

Pictures shown are for illustration only: apartment would be similar. I have already viewed one flat, can organise a second viewing with you. Exact rent TBC - depends which exact flat we go for. Bills not included.

Flexible with move in date - ideally end of September / by 10th October.

Tenancy/ eligability is managed by the development agency. References would be required as well as an income of £50k+ plus to meet eligability.

About me: I am a 29 year old lawyer who works in the City long hours. I am very clean (important my flatmate is too!) and tidy, would love a no-shoe House and similar lifestyle. Up for anything with my flatmate while leaving each other space (especially after a long day at work!).
