Sunny, bright, double room available in a ground floor 2 bedroom flat, located in a quiet, safe street in Zone 1. New building so the sound proofing is excellent, no noise from neighbours.

Sharing with a professional female from New Zealand, non-smoker, neat and tidy, who loves to read, hike and have random adventures.

I'm open to sharing with someone for a short-let to help them through a set up or leave the city situation.
I’m also open to someone who might only need Mon-Fri and could be flexible on rent.

Ideally looking for someone full time, who is kind and considerate, who sees home as a place to relax and recharge before heading back out into the awesome madness of London.

Rent covers all bills and the room has everything including a WFH set up. There is a separate cupboard for wardrobe and storage outside the room.

Amazing transport links - bus, train, tube. 8min walk to Elephant and Castle tube (Northern and Bakerloo line) and 10min walk to Kennington tube (Northern Line).
