One good-sized room is available to rent in my flat in London Waterloo area (Lambeth North Station) for short let.
The flat is warm and comfortable in winter, clean and tidy, located on the ground floor.
you will be sharing a large kitchen with all usual amenities such as fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine, and the bathroom with only one other flat mate (Italian designer/maker, nice to talk too over a glass of wine but also respectful of other people space and privacy)
The room has laminate flooring, a double bed, wardrobe, a chest of drawer, large desk and a bookcase with a large window.
Very convenient neighborhood to move around town, walking distance to London Eye, St Thomas hospital, House of Parliament, the Southbank, Lower Marsh with his hip coffee shops and food stall on weekday.
Great transport link at less than 5 min to Lambeth north (Bakerloo line) or walking an extra 7 min to Waterloo station, 24H bus service (stop outside the building) take approx. 20min to west- end and the City financial district.
Local supermarkets are Sainsbury, Iceland, Coop, Tesco local and plenty of local grocery shops.
Pure Gym is 10-minute walk (open 24 hours)
I am looking for a male flatmate working full-time that is looking for a nice place to relax after a busy day at work and prefer to keep the social side out of home.
Ideal if you're between places or temporarily in London for short business project.
