Situated in Lee Green, the flat is a 15 to 20-minute walking distance from two train stations (Lee and Kidbrooke). Bus stops are within a 1-minute walk and are served by three buses. Going to Eltham or Lewisham by bus will take around 15 minutes.
Sainsbury’s, TESCO Extra, petrol station convenience store, Pure Gym, and David Lloyd's Leisure Centre are all within 15 minutes walking distance. There is a beautiful park 5 minutes' walking distance from this flat.
