This room is a very large double room on the ground floor of this house, complete with Double bed and mattress, chest of drawers, bedside table and large wardrobe.

The shared bathroom comes complete with bath, shower, toilet and sink, and the house is situated on the back of Ladywell fields which means very little noise, and a nice, green open space literally seconds from the house.

The kitchen diner is fully equiped and comes with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, additional fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster.

It is also only a few minutes walk from the main Lewisham High street, boasting take aways, a Tesco, a large Aldi, cafe's, restaurants, a pilates centre, dry cleaners and so much more.

The other housemates in this house are looking for someone to come and complete the house. There are a couple of new people, as well as 2 others who have been there for a while and are ideally looking for a housemate who enjoys some socialising in the evening, cooking and catching up, but also appreciates their own personal space as well.

Sadly, we cannot accept students (medical students are an exception as we are situated right next to Lewisham hospital), or pets.
