Lovely room in a creative SE flat

Hi everyone!

My gorgeous flatmate is moving home so i’m looking for someone to take her room. We love this flat as it really feels like a home, looking for someone who would feel the same.

The flat has a separate shower room, toilet, living room, kitchen and attic (which we use for creative projects and houses all our instruments).

The bills come to around £120 per month and that’s inclusive of everything. You can purchase a parking permit if you have a car and there are always spaces outside :)

A bit about me; I am a Theatre director who works a 9-5 between work. I am from Scotland originally and love living in South East because it’s got so much going on! I love films and luckily Greenwich Picturehouse is only ten mins from us.

The area; our nearest big ship is Lewisham Tesco and we are so close to loads of wee shops. Deptford High st has the best bars/markets and then Greenwich is gorgeous and having the park is a dream. Our nearest station is Elverston Rd DLR (4 mins) and then Greenwich train station is 10 mins walk.
