Room available with own bathroom

My lovely housemate is moving out after living together for 5 years and I don't want to leave as I love our flat. Looking for someone who might want to help make the space our own a bit (new rugs and stuff!).

We have a big wrap around balcony and a lovely bright living room and kitchen.

The room is a double room with its own bathroom. Room comes with a bed and wardrobe and chest of drawers. Everything else will likely be gone - also room for some stuff in the living room if you need to bring stuff with you!

There is a 24 hour gym on site and a parking space and a Tesco and it is 5 minutes to the station. The landord and management company are great and we have a neighbours whatsapp. Hither Green is 20 minutes from Charing Cross on very regular trains and easy access to the DLR.

I'd love to find someone who is in their late 20's/ 30's /40's looking for their bit of calm they can call home. I like watching crap tv to switch off, I belong to a local poker group and I love to cook and plant things which ultimately don't survive, but I try.

I do work from home a lot so might suit someone who is in office? Obviously not a deal breaker.

Move in date from 27th August, would need to pass references and pay a deposit and so on - the usual shenangians.
