Hi there, my flatmate is moving out at the end of September and I am continuing on with the tenancy. Unfurnished flat (but I have already bought furniture including for the second bedroom).
Council Tax Band C. Currently flatmate and I both pay with bills included £1100 but may increase slightly at the lease renewal (last two renewals were £50 a month split between 2).
Looking for someone working in London looking for a chilled environment. Space to work from home and easy to commute either to Lewisham or from Greenwich Station.
