I know from experience the pain of dealing with landlords who don't care to get things fixed or even worse; who turn up every 5 mins to 'check the house over' - believe me, I am not like that.

I will be there for you if you have any questions, need repairs, need advice about what to do or how to get around, or have any other requests or concerns. I know plumbers, electricians, and handymen on call in case of any repair problems that pop up.
