Double room for rent

Hello!

I have been living in London for 10 years now. My flatmate is leaving London and I’m looking for someone to take her room.

It’s just me and my almost two year old cat, Noodle. She is a relaxed and friendly cat. She loves to play and will warm up to almost anyone quickly.

I’m 28 and work as a General Manager in a restaurant. My hours vary but I’m generally up by 8am latest and in bed by 11pm.

I am an open minded person and am looking for a likeminded, clean and tidy person to move into. Mutual respect of each others boundaries, consideration and good, calm energy is important to me as I’ll always do my best in these areas.

Days off are usually spent doing some cleaning and I love a cozy night in, crafting sessions and reading. Late nights out don’t appeal to me but dinner and drinks with friends every now and again is nice.

I prefer to live with a woman but am open if the vibe is right.

It’s a two bedroom flat with an amazing roof terrace. The flat is gated and also has secure car parking space available. Located close to Blackheath, Lewisham, and Hither Green stations (all within 10 mins walk).
