A: NO AGENCY FEE. We are private landlord.

Q: Can I move in tomorrow?
A: Every applicant has to go through a reference check before moving in. It should take no more than 3 days.

Q: How much discount can I get?
A: It depends on your occupation and salary.

Q: Can I have overnight guest?
A: Once a week. For more nights, you would have to notify us and get our permission. The council do not allow more than one person in this room for long term occupancy.

Q: The rooms are big enough for two double bed. Can I make it a twin room?
A: Not under any circumstances.

Q: Is the boiler working?
A: annually serviced boiler in the house. Hot water is available 24/7.

Q: Do you accept children?
A: No.

Q: Is it vegetarian friendly?
A: There are two fridges. One is for vegetables only and you can have separate cooking utensils. The en suite double room comes with its own fridge.
