Do you want a self-contained apartment in London to yourself during the working week? Self-contained super-studio apartment available for a Monday - Friday let staying 4 nights. You would have the entire flat to yourself from Monday afternoon to Friday lunchtime, including lounge, kitchen, bedroom area (with built-in wardrobe space) and bathroom. Free parking is also available in the development.

It would suit a clean and quiet professional who needs to be in London for work during the week but has their main residence somewhere else. It may not suitable for home workers as there is currently no wi-fi at the property.

Bills are included and includes weekly cleaning and a fortnightly change of sheets.

The apartment is a c.10 minute walk to New Cross Gate station (Zone 2), which has excellent transport links into London, with direct trains to London Bridge, Canary Wharf, Shoreditch and Whitechapel in 12-15 mins, and central London in around 25 minutes.

I would be happy to accommodate a more flexible stay arrangement on a pro-rata basis.
