One bedroom flat in Peckham with free parking

My partner and I are moving out of this spacious one bedroom flat only 5-10 minutes walk from Queens Road Peckham station and with a free parking space. We’re having a baby so need a bigger flat, otherwise we’d love to stay here.

The flat is located on the first floor of a block of flats which has both stair and lift access. It has a large living room with a kitchen off it. The bedroom has built-in wardrobes and looks out over the balcony at the back of the flat. There’s a good amount of storage space with two hallway closets and an entryway where you can easily hang coats and store shoes. Free off-street parking comes with the flat.

It is a part furnished flat which comes with a fold-away table, dining chairs, bookshelf, TV unit, storage chest, storage shelves, bedside tables, mirror, shoe storage unit and chest of drawers. We found this really useful as it meant we could bring in the main pieces of furniture that we wanted.

A really well connected flat with Queens Road Peckham a 5-10 min walk, New Cross Gate station 15 min walk and Nunhead train station a 20 minute walk. This makes it really easy to get to London Bridge, Blackfriars, Clapham Junction and Dalston Junction.

Rent is £1650 per month, council band A. We’re looking to move out by 26 November.
