I’m renting out a room in my spacious 2-bedroom flat. The place is really well-suited for two people, with two bathrooms/showers and two private balconies/terraces.

Bills aren’t included, but they typically come to around £150 per person, per month.

Location highlights:

7-minute walk to Queens Road station
5-minute walk to local bus routes
10 minutes to Aldi
Peaceful area with great access to Peckham Rye (under 30 minutes on foot) and New Cross

About me:
I work in advertising and enjoy a balance of being sociable and having a calm, relaxed home environment. I like spending time with friends, going out for dinner or to the pub, pilates, and the usual London bits. I also love cooking and binge watching a good netflix series!

I’m looking for someone with a similar mindset - someone who wants a place to really feel at home, takes care of their space and is looking to make friends as well as being housemates. Also really looking for someone who's equally as clean and tidy!
