Double room off Queens Road Peckham

Hi! I'm Chris and I'm looking for a replacement flatmate for my room that I've spent the last year of my life in.

It's a decent size, ideal for students but I found it worked well as a full-time worker as well.

The kitchen has a nice living area complete with two sofas and a TV - I used it a lot for movie nights when I was living there!

It's very well connected - Queens Road Peckham Overground is a ten minute walk away, and a few minutes' walk will get you to buses to central London. I've commuted for months into the center for work with the buses down the street.

There's a supermarket literally opposite, and cheaper groceries at Aldi and Lidl are a short walk away.

You've got cafes within walking distance - Corner is a nice queer cafe and cocktail bar, and there's a new spot with free live jazz that just opened down the road.

Quick food options within walking distance - kebabs, Chinese, the usual, a great new jerk chicken spot too.

If you're into music, you're within walking distance of three of London's best underground clubs and other great music venues are a short bus ride away; just ask for my local's guide...

Peckham's Rye Lane is a bus ride or walk away with more food options, a cinema, bars, venues, and a gym; Deptford is a bus ride away with more of that, and if you want more upmarket food options, Camberwell isn't far either.

You'll be sharing with three other flatmates - Muskan and Aglaia are Goldsmiths students and are wonderful people, and Anthony has just moved in and I haven't had the pleasure of meeting him yet!

The flat is owned by a letting agency, Pisoria, who are decent with organising repairs. They have an office in Hackney you can visit if you have any complaints.

All bills included in the price, including a cleaner.
