Short let double with ensuite in zone 2 SE14 ✨

Hello!

Looking for someone to take over my room for 1 month: 9 June - 6 July.
£275 per week bills included (£1100 for the whole month).
Ideally for the whole period but can be flexible.

The room is in a spacious two-bedroom ground floor flat with direct access to the garden. The property includes two bathrooms (one of which will be yours) and an open-plan kitchen and living room.

The flat is nestled in a quiet Mews halfway between New Cross (3 min walk) and New Cross Gate (7 min walk). Both stations have the Windrush line as well as rail to London Bridge (5 mins) and Cannon St (10 mins).

The area has lots of pubs, restaurants and cafes. Deptford is a short walking distance with plenty more of the above, as well as the DLR line and another rail line.

You’ll be sharing the flat with my lovely flatmate Greta (34, F) who works in Marketing and is easy-going and considerate to live with. The flat has a relaxed, respectful atmosphere and is a calm place to unwind. I’m looking for someone who’s after a similar vibe.
