The flat
Bright all day thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, on a quiet street. You'd have full use of the common areas such as kitchen, bathroom. There's also off-street parking if you drive (rare for zone 2).

Getting around
New Cross Gate (zone 2) is a 7-minute walk, and London Bridge is 7 minutes by train from there. The Overground gets you across South and East London. A bus stop at the end of the street (21, 53, 172, 453) reaches Elephant & Castle in about 20 minutes, or stay on for Westminster, St Paul's and Paddington. Deptford Market, Telegraph Hill park and Greenwich are all walkable-ish, and Peckham and Brockley are one stop away.

Who you'd be living with
I'm a Spanish professional. I work from home full-time, keep the place tidy, and spend my free time reading, walking, swimming and listening to classical music. I'm easy-going and respect people's privacy. I am happy to share a coffee or leave you to your evening. Non-smoker, no pets. This is an LGBT+ household and LGBT+ flatmates are especially welcome.

The practical bits
