Double room for rent in the Old Kent Road in a shared house. It’s a family house but I’m moving out and you’ll be taking over my room. Total rooms in the house are 4 and sharing space with 4 other people. Shared kitchen and bathrooms, no living room. You’ll be sharing the space with a couple and 2 other guys.

Less than 5 min walk to the closest bus stops. Closest bus lines include 453, 21, 78, 172, 53 and 381. These bus lines can take you to central London, the city, tower bridge area, amongst other places.

Closest tube line is in Elephant & Castle, approximately 15/20 minutes by bus depending on traffic. Closest train line is Queens Road Peckham, approximately 15/20 minutes walk. Flat is very close to supermarkets such as; Lidl, ASDA and Aldi. All 3 of them are within a few minutes walk.

We’re all friendly busy people and looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful of the people, the house itself, and can keep the common areas clean and tidy.
