Mon - Fri let
Hello, I'm Amelia. I've been in my flat for 3 years and have previously been using airbnb for the room. I'm looking for someone that would like to stay Sun - Thurs / Mon - Fri or even someone that would like a night or two in London a week. I am pretty flexible so please message and I am happy to discuss your requirements,
My house is a home so I'm looking for someone that is respectful and easy going. We would share a bathroom and kitchen so would expect to meet first and see if we get along ok. I work from home 2-3 days a week and am out a few nights a week socialising etc. but am happy to socialise when at home. I'm tidy and respectful, and vegetarian but wouldn't mind meat being eaten in the flat. I love travelling, reading and a good laugh!
The room itself is small with a sofa bed but nice and bright with a lovely view, it is very comfortable but it's probably not suitable for a full time occupant. I'm happy to accommodate space in the kitchen and bathroom and you could leave things if required.
I live on the border of Camberwell and Peckham in a 2 bed flat with shared bathroom. We’re right next to beautiful Burgess Park with a bus stop outside for a 10-15 minute ride to Elephant and Castle station with access to Bakerloo and Northern lines.
I'm open to try a trial period and shorter time frames. Thanks for reading :) Amelia
