✨Room in a two bedroom flat with live-in landlady. Ideal for the ones looking for a calm and clean environment. I’m happy to consider part-time stays too.

🏡The room gets lots of light. It has a single bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, and a bedside table. Lots of storage space in the room. (In the pics, there’s a scaffolding outside the building, normally no obstructions to the view 😊)

🏡 In the flat, there’s a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and a small balcony. It’s a very calm, clean and tidy flat ✨ Please note, I use the living room as my office 3-4 days a week.

🧾The rent includes bills, excludes cleaning.

📍Super easy connections to the city centre. 5 mins walk to Queens Road Peckham and 10 mins walk to Nunhead stations. There are many bust stops around too.

📍 15 mins walk to Goldsmiths.

🛍️Tesco, Co-op, Sainsbury’s, Lidl, pharmacy, post office, cinema, lovely pubs, cafes, restaurants, gyms, saunas, pilates and yoga studios... in less than 10 mins walking distance. Peckham Rye Lane is also 10 mins away.

🌳Lots of nearby green spaces, like Telegraph Hill Park and Peckham Rye Park.
