We’re seeking a working professional to join a beautifully renovated home, finished to a very high standard. This 1,500 sq ft flat was recently refurbished as a home, not a rental, so we’re looking for someone who will treat it with care and make it their own.

We moved to New York 7 months ago & rented it out to our best friend (who you’d share with), and he needs a housemate!

The tenancy is for a minimum of 12 months, with a 6-month break clause

The space includes:

2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom – this listing is for the larger bedroom, featuring 4-metre built-in wardrobes.

Dedicated office – two large desks, ideal for remote work. Please note - the other tenant is in the office 4 days a week.

Living room, kitchen-diner, and downstairs WC – the living room has a door for privacy, making it easy for two people to socialise or work separately without disturbance.

Kitchen-diner – with a 6-seater dining table, great for both meals and work.

Bathroom – underfloor heating, walk-in shower, soaking tub, and large vanity.

Laundry cupboard – with built-in washer/dryer space.

Terrace/balcony – small, but all you need!

Please note: the loft will be used for our storage, though you’ll have space for a few items (e. g. a suitcases). The flat is furnished.

Move in date August 1st

Housemate: You’ll be sharing with a 30-year-old fashion professional. He’s clean, tidy, enjoys a peaceful home, and prefers a relaxed lifestyle—happy to share a meal or film occasionally, but also values personal space.
