Hi! double room available in a friendly, homely house in Nunhead, SE15. The room comes part furnished with a bed frame which is the landlords. The house is bright and spacious, there’s a garden perfect for the summer time!
There’s two bathrooms with showers, 1 bath and a third toilet on the ground floor.

There’s 5 housemates altogether, currently 4 girls and 1 guy and I am the one moving out so looking for someone to fill my room. It's a chill easy going household, we respect each other's space and routines but also enjoy socialising like going to the pub, climbing, walks, eating dinners together/ watching films ect.

Rent is 1048.93 which includes water, gas, electric and council tax.
Other bills we organise and pay for separately are:
Internet: £6.80 a month each
TV license: £9.25 a month each
And a cleaner: £12 each every 4-6 weeks.
