I'm leaving my room in Camberwell/Peckham, minutes from Burgess Park (great for parkrunners!). I'm looking for someone to take it over as I'm off to go traveling. The flat is modern with an light and airy living room with two juliet balconies. The room could fit a small desk but I currently wfh at a desk in the kitchen/diner- this is staying and would be available to you.
You'd be sharing the flat with Harry, a 28 year old professional who works in the city- who's always up for the pub! The flat is furnished, the kitchen has a washing machine and air fryer (woo!).
Along with Burgess park, the flat is close to the lovely Brunswick park and only a fifteen minute walk to all the great pubs of Camberwell!
Bill are typically £140 per month, you'll also have to go through all the usual checks and balances with the landlord. Hmu to arrange viewings x
