Professional wtd. Peaceful house. £950incl bills

I am looking for a Professional for my nice house in Nunhead. As I work from home and need the house to myself in the weekdays daytimes, I am looking for a Professional with standard hours who doesn't work from home.

I have a cat and a dog, and I'm looking for someone tidy, who will share the cleaning. I actually have 2 rooms to choose from, the largest room in my house which is £950 per month, or the smallest room, which isn't really THAT small but does have a single bed rather than a double, for £800 per month including bills.

I teach music from the house, and my band rehearses with drum kit here once a week.

It's a pretty peaceful house though, and whilst I go out to gigs a fair bit, I often go to bed pretty early. It's generally quiet here from 9.30pm onwards.. The house has a huge garden, so if you like gardens you will like this :) We cook independently but we're up for sharing a meal sometimes if you want . Shared bathroom. Awesome community.
