£840 inc bills. Dbl room, seeking female professnl

I am looking for a female professional lodger for a large double, airy/light room in a great house with huge garden in Nunhead. For £840 per month including bills.

The room is good sized double, and has a super comfy bed and is furnished with drawers and a clothes rail.

I am a musician and I teach piano from the house most days after school. I have a cat and a dog. Shared bathroom. You'd be sharing with me and one other woman, a professional.

The garden is HUGE and is like an oasis. It really is a very incredible spot .

I'm looking for someone who likes peace and quiet, and is happy to share the cleaning on a chore roster I made, cleans up after themselves.

Short term let is fine. I don't mind if it's just a month or two. I'm looking for someone who can move in as soon as possible.

It's very naturey here, set amongst trees.

Transport from Nunhead is great, loads of options. There is also the Windrush Line accessible from Brockley station nearby , or Peckham.

The room is available from 24th October. It's a lovely household here, and the community and neighbours are great. It's a very creative place.

I'm asking for 2 months money in advance, one month of which is deposit for damages, and one month fees in advance.
