Ive found this beautiful modern 3 bed flat in nunhead and I need two others to join me!

I’m currently going through the referencing stage and need two others on board ready to go to hopefully move in towards the end of august. This flat is gorgeous, clean and modern - each room is roughly the same size all with enough space. It will be unfinished to move into but the previous tenants are willing to negotiate buying some of their furniture for a good price. It’s 2,995 a month which would be split equally, bills not included and the council tax is band D.

The location is brilliant; nunhead, Peckham rye and queens road station all within a 15-20 minute walk away. There are loads of gorgeous cafés, pubs and shops on the road and Peckham rye is a 5 minute walk away!

A bit about me - I’m a student and work in Peckham so would ideally like to live with students for council tax reasons but open to everyone! I’m very easy going, clean and want to build a friendly warm home. I really loved this flat when I saw it and trust you’ll like it too!
