Two double rooms in lovely short-term house share

Bedroom 1

We've got two really lovely rooms to let out to two really lovely people (together or independently) in our beautiful home in Peckham.

Room 1: light, airy spacious king-size double with tonnes of wardrobe space

Room 2: comfortable double with built-in storage and walk-in wardrobe

Home: elegant, double-fronted, period conversion (technically a maisonette, but feels like a house) with a roomy kitchen, open-plan dining room, and separate living room. Big bathroom with roll top bath and a stand-alone shower. Huge garden. Residents' on-street parking. 363 and 63 bus run every 2 mins or so - we call it the Big Red Taxi.

Available as a short-term let for up to six months, but could be longer. Would suit anyone looking for a stop-gap place to live, or somewhere to spend week nights say. All options considered.

The low down: kinda 'live in landlord' situation, but not quite - we've owned our home for many years and one of us will be there on occasion, especially Nick, who officially still lives there, but more often than not you'll have the place to yourself. The house is for sale atm, but the market is very slow and there have only been a couple of viewings - any future viewings would be with your approval and would always be accompanied by the agent.

Us: creative couple who've worked in design, publishing, advertising and are now a garden designer and a building project manager. We have a dog called Conker (who might visit occasionally) and a 13-going-on-30 year-old daughter. We've always shared our home with others in one way or another, and get on with most people. Love a chat, a drink and a think. Recently shared with two female friends aged 32 an 45, who will vouch for us!

You: willing to chip in with chores, clean, tidy and respectful of the home, hopefully a bit environmentally aware. Sociable is good, but equally if you want to keep to your room no problem. Male, female, non-binary, gay, straight, trans - all welcome.
