Bright & Spacious Room in a Two-Bedroom Flat

I’m looking for someone clean, respectful and reliable to rent a room in my lovely two-bedroom flat.

I’ve recently moved in with my partner, but I don’t want to completely give up my flat, so I’ll be keeping the second bedroom for myself for the occasional times I want to come home or stay over. Most of the time, you’ll essentially have the flat to yourself.

You’ll have full access to the rest of the flat, including the living room, kitchen, bathroom and all shared areas. The flat is fully furnished, clean and homely, so you can move straight in and make yourself comfortable.

All bills are included except gas and electricity, which will be the tenant’s responsibility.

I’m looking for someone clean, quiet and respectful who will treat the flat like their own home. I’m ideally looking for someone who enjoys a peaceful home environment and doesn’t regularly bring friends, partners or guests back to the flat.
