I’m looking for a student to take over my tenancy at YourTRIBE South Bermondsey due to a change in my personal circumstances.
The room is an Ultimate En-suite, so you’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom, with a shared kitchen and common area. It’s the biggest room in the flat, so it feels really spacious. The building is located at 349 Ilderton Road, SE15 1NW.
The tenancy runs until 17 July 2027, and the move-in date is flexible, ideally as soon as possible. The rent will be at my current contract rate, with the remaining amount calculated based on the actual takeover date.
Student only. This will be an official tenancy takeover through YourTRIBE, rather than a private sublet, and the replacement tenant will need to meet the accommodation’s eligibility requirements and be approved by the management team.
