En-suite in penthouse with amazing view

My roommates (a couple) are leaving their room in our very nice flat in front of Burgess Park - between Peckham and Elephant and Castle.

It is an amazing en-suite for yourself! But the highlight of the apartment is our amazing (private) balcony and view. It is a two floor apartment in the top of the building, bedrooms downstairs, shared kitchen, living room, dining room, and balcony upstairs.

Most of bills are not included in the rent price (rent and water only). The price with all the bills is around 1700 per month (council tax, energy, wifi). Overall the apartment is furnished, your en-suite is unfurnished (although it has a very spacious built-in wardrobe).

Our landlord is very nice and chilled, living in Switzerland. He already indicated his wish to sell the apartment in around a year. References are requested.
