Calm, cosy home in Nunhead / Peckham

I'm looking for a friendly, considerate flatmate to share my cosy home in a lovely part of South East London. LGBTQI+ friendly home

The house is relaxed, clean and homely, with a cute balcony, perfect for a morning coffee or a bit of fresh air. It also has a massive bathtub!

I'm clean and tidy and would love to live with someone who appreciates a calm, comfortable environment. I do like the odd night out but dont really bring the party home. I work in music but im retraining in healthcare.

The flat is on a quiet estate and is equidistant (20 mins walk each) from Brockley, Nunhead and Peckham, with lovely bars and pubs, independent cafés, great food from all around the world, lovely local pubs and excellent transport links.

There are also beautiful green spaces right on the doorstep, including Peckham Rye Park, Nunhead Cemetery and Telegraph Hill. There's also free parking on the estate

I'm ideally looking for someone friendly, respectful and easygoing and clean. Bills include a fortnightly cleaner.

I love to cook and share meals. I'm vegetarian, so would particularly love to live with someone who doesn't eat meat, although the main thing is finding someone who's a good fit for the house.

Short lets considered, mon to fri (reduced price) considered and couples welcome, happy to chat about what might work.
