Top floor of house - 2 to 3 nights a week - Zone 2

Hi - I am looking for someone to stay two or 3 nights a week.
My house is in Nunhead - 8 minute walk to Queens Road Peckham station and 4 minutes to Nunhead station.
The monthly rent shown is based on two nights a week.

The space available includes double bedroom, sole use of lounge area and also sole use of upstairs bathroom. These are all based on the first floor of the house. The bedroom has large double doors that can be opened into the lounge.
The kitchen with all mod cons is downstairs.

The house is Victorian and I have kept the downstairs area original which is quite dark by comparison to upstairs. My living space is dowstairs.

I use the lounge area some days for working but the bedroom would only be used by the lodger and personal possessions could be left there.

I would like to find someone independent and respectful who enjoys their own space.

The bedroom backs on a long garden and is usually quiet although there are resident foxes that I hear from time to time.

Cars can safely be left outside in the road as there are no parking restrictions.
