The building is modern, so it’s really warm in winter and stays relatively cool in summer, even during a heatwave.

The flat is spacious and spread over two floors:

* Ground floor: kitchen, toilet and storage room.
* First floor: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a balcony, and another storage room.

Flatmate:

You’ll be sharing with a lovely, friendly woman who works as a lawyer and teaches yoga on the side. She’s hardly ever home because of her busy schedule, so the flat is often pretty much all yours.
