Double south facing room overlooking a mature garden in a Victorian house just two minutes walk from Queens Road Peckham Station (zone2)

Quick commute to London Bridge, Waterloo, Charing Cross, Canary Wharf and most parts of central London.

There is a second kitchen with dining and area for your own use.

A bicycle can be kept safely in the garage and there is a parking space for a small car by arrangement.

Inclusive of all bills. Bed linen and towels can also be provided if wanted.

We are looking for an independent professional who wants to live in a clean, comfortable, quiet, safe and friendly house for 3/4 nights a week with extra days by arrangement.

The room is for one person but the occasional overnight guest could stay by arrangement..
